This is an online archive for the display of militaria relating primarily to World War 2. This collection features mainly photographs and photo albums and it is hoped that making these available in their entirety will prove useful to militaria collectors, historians, researchers and anyone with an interest in this period of World history. Albums are shown in their complete condition, the pictures are as they were taken by the soldiers involved. Some are blurred but most are pin sharp and can feature dead soldiers and destroyed cities alongside triumphant poses and horseplay pictures taken by Wehrmacht forces. There are also pictures of German graves throughout the occuppied areas. By showing the albums and collections completely it is hoped to give an insight into the day to day lives of the soldiers of that time. There are a selection of US forces pictures and it is hoped to include more albums and photographs taken by allied troops over time.
